Mr. Kartik Kurmy
Founder and Principal Advocate
Mr. Kartik Kurmy is the Founder and Principal Advocate of K. Kurmy & Associates. Having practised for more than two decades, he advises and represents clients across a broad range of taxation, commercial, and regulatory matters.
His areas of practice include GST, Income Tax, Customs, Central Excise, Service Tax, Commercial Litigation, Arbitration, FEMA and PMLA proceedings, and disputes arising under the MSME framework. He regularly appears before courts, tribunals, arbitral forums, and statutory authorities in both contentious and advisory matters.
