The Firm represents clients in assessments, reassessments, investigations, adjudication, appeals, recovery proceedings, and tax disputes across a broad spectrum of direct and indirect taxation.

Acting in commercial arbitrations, including disputes arising from commercial contracts & tenders, and other commercial and business disputes.
The Firm advises and represents clients throughout arbitral proceedings, including applications for interim relief, jurisdictional challenges, enforcement of awards, and related proceedings before arbitral tribunals and courts.

Advising and representing clients in matters arising from commercial transactions, contractual disputes, recovery proceedings, and other business-related disputes before courts and competent forums.
The Firm acts in proceedings concerning breach of contract, recovery of dues, injunctions, commercial claims, and the assertion and defence of legal and contractual rights.
Particular emphasis is placed upon careful preparation, sound legal analysis, and the effective protection of clients' commercial interests.

PMLA & FEMA
Advising and representing clients in proceedings arising under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002 and the Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999 before adjudicatory authorities, appellate forums, tribunals, and courts.

The Firm acts in matters concerning investigation, attachment of property, search and seizure, adjudication, penalties, appeals, and other regulatory and enforcement proceedings under the respective statutes.

Advising and representing Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises before Facilitation Councils, arbitral tribunals, courts, and other competent forums in matters arising under the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development Act, 2006.
The Firm acts in proceedings relating to recovery of dues, delayed payment claims, interest disputes, conciliation, arbitration, execution proceedings, and allied commercial disputes under the Act.
